A wonderful, well appointment mini-apartment feel for a room in the heart of Market St. Positive: We loved our stay at Stellar Suites. It was great from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and super fast responsive (especially important since there aren't any staff physically on site at a front desk, for example). They were able to accommodate an early check-in the day off, as we ended up arriving a bit earlier than expected. The clearning staff were equally wonderful in that she helped my friend with moving a few items into the room even. Good people, good service! The room itself was wonderful. It was very clean with a great central space, large TV, real plants, great size kitchen and bathroom, as well as the two bedrooms that shutoff as individual rooms. The bedrooms were just the right size and well appointed. The kitchen had anything you'd need as well. In addition, there was essentially brand new washer and dryer there in your mini-apartment for convenience also. We loved the vibe, size of rooms, cleanliness / fresh feel. Getting in and out of the room and building was a breeze with the codes that are sent to you. Lastly, the location is perfect, right on Market St and easy to walk to food, shops, bars, distilleries. Oh, you can also find free parking on the streets running beside the property, perpendicular to Market. We found free street parking on Shelby St, right around the corner. Great stay and would highly recommend! Negative: No complaints, fully content.

RUN! Positive: Nothing. I never stayed. I paid $50 to park close to the entrance. This is a contactless facility, and you must have a code to enter. I finally was able to access the facility and had the same issue getting into the actual room. I entered the room and was hit with a terrible odor. This room was absolutely filthy. I contacted the manager of the facility and she said the room could not be dirty. I sent her proof via photographs. She offered two separate rooms for my friend and I, which was unacceptable. I never took a bag into this room and she charged me the rate anyway. My advice, run far and fast! Negative: Everything about this facility screams that it needs some attention from some onsite management. Dirty rooms and foul odors. I couldn't bring myself to stay in this place. I was in the room five minutes and left. I booked this room a half hour before arrival and they would not refund my rate. Do better.

Cute, comfortable and convenient Positive: Excellent location, it was easy to access. Great restaurants and shops nearby, very walkable. Comfortable beds, well decorated, all the amenities included. We were very happy with our stay and would come back again. Negative: nothing
